Terms of use

The game

Nonopop is made by Duek Studio. By playing you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

Your name

Other players can see the name you choose. Please pick a friendly one: nothing rude, hateful or pretending to be someone else. We may hide names that break this.

Coins, gems and items

Coins, gems, chests, designs and power-ups are for use inside the game only. They have no money value and can't be sold, traded or exchanged for money.

Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Refunds are handled by them. Your purchases come back when you restore them with the same store account.

Duek Pass

Duek Pass is a subscription. It renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active.

Fair play

No cheating, hacking, bots or using bugs to get rewards. We may remove rewards, progress or leaderboard places gained that way.

Changes to the game

We keep improving the game, so levels, prices and features may change. Online features, like the leaderboard and duels, may change or stop.

No guarantees

The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Duek Studio isn't responsible for indirect losses from using the game. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Duek Pass
