In the game (fastest)

Open Settings → Delete my data and confirm. Your account, progress, coins and items, email (if you added one), leaderboard entry and game events are deleted from our servers and from your phone, at once and for good.

Without the game

If the game is no longer installed, email duekstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your invite code (Profile → Invite friends) or the email you saved your progress with. We delete the account and all its data within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: the anonymous account, saved progress, purchases record in the game, email, name and avatar on the leaderboard, league and duel entries, and game events.
• Kept: nothing from the game. Payments are kept by Apple or Google under their own rules; we never see card details.

במשחק (הכי מהיר): בהגדרות ← "מחיקת המידע שלי", ואישור. החשבון, ההתקדמות, המטבעות וכלי העזר, המייל (אם הוספת), המקום בלוח המובילים ואירועי המשחק נמחקים מהשרתים ומהטלפון, מיד ולתמיד.

בלי המשחק: אם המשחק כבר לא מותקן, שלחו מייל ל-duekstudio@gmail.com עם הנושא "מחיקת המידע שלי", ועם קוד ההזמנה שלכם (פרופיל ← הזמנת חברים) או המייל ששמרתם איתו את ההתקדמות. נמחק את החשבון וכל המידע שלו תוך 30 יום ונשלח אישור.
