Who we are

Nonopop is a puzzle game by Duek Studio. This policy explains what the game stores about you and why.

Without signing up

When you open the game it creates an anonymous account (a random id). No name, email or phone number is needed to play.

What we store

Your game progress and purchases in the game (coins, designs, items), so they can be restored. Game events such as starting, winning or losing a level, and error reports, with the app version and phone system (iOS or Android). These help us fix bugs and balance levels.

Your email (optional)

If you choose to save your progress with an email, we store the address to send you a one-time sign-in code. We never send marketing emails and never share it.

Leaderboard and friends

The leaderboard shows the name you pick, your avatar and your XP to other players. If you use an invite code, we store which player invited you, to give both of you the gift.

Photos

Puzzles made from your photos are created on your phone. The photos are never uploaded.

Who processes the data

Our data is hosted by Supabase. Game updates are delivered by Expo. Payments, when available, are handled by Apple and Google; we never see your card details.

Delete your data

Settings → Delete my data removes your account, progress, email and game events from our servers and from your phone, at once and for good.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The email option is not needed to play.
